Zenith Systems (“Zenith Systems”, “we”, “us”) builds AI revenue infrastructure for service businesses — websites, AI receptionists, automated follow-up and reporting. Zenith Systems is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Xavier Hoffman, based in Reno, Nevada, United States. “Zenith Systems” is the trading name of Xavier Hoffman, sole proprietor.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to zenithsystems.us and to every message we send.

• Contact details you give us — name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form, a reply to one of our messages, or a booked call.
• Publicly listed business information — business name, business phone number, city and website presence, taken from public sources such as a business’s own public listing.
• Message records — the messages we send you and your replies, with their timestamps and delivery status.
• Basic site analytics — pages visited and general device information, used only to keep the site working well.

• To contact business owners about their web presence and our services.
• To answer your questions and provide services you ask for.
• To honour opt-out requests, which requires keeping a permanent record of the number that opted out.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have a legal effect on you, and we do not sell it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We send text messages to business phone numbers that are publicly published by the business for the purpose of being contacted. Messages are one-to-one and conversational. We do not send recurring marketing broadcasts, and we do not include links in a first message.

• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is low. Most recipients receive one message and, if they reply, a short conversation.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Zenith Systems does not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
• How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop immediately and permanently. Replying BYE, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE works the same way. Opting out applies to every campaign we run, not just the one you replied to.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email us at the address below.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share personal information only with the service providers we need in order to operate — for example, the telecommunications provider that delivers our messages, our email provider and our scheduling tool. They may use it only to perform that service for us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

We keep contact and conversation records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for our legal obligations. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely on purpose: it is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, except for the minimum record needed to honour an opt-out.
• Opt out of messages at any time, as described above.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
