Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zenithsystems.us and any service provided by Zenith Systems (“Zenith Systems”, “we”, “us”). Zenith Systems is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Xavier Hoffman, based in Reno, Nevada, United States, and “Zenith Systems” is the trading name of Xavier Hoffman, sole proprietor. By using the site, replying to our messages, or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We build and operate AI revenue infrastructure for service businesses: conversion-engineered websites, AI receptionists, automated follow-up and reporting. The specific scope, price and timeline of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

We send SMS text messages to business phone numbers that the business has published publicly for the purpose of being contacted. Messages are one-to-one and conversational, sent from a US long code during normal business hours in the recipient’s local time.

• Opt out any time. Reply STOP and we stop immediately and permanently. BYE, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and REVOKE do the same thing. An opt-out applies across every campaign we run.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email the address below.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and is low. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your data. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or our services for anything unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Copy, scrape or redistribute the site’s content without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.

Fees, payment schedule and any recurring charges are set out in the written proposal for your engagement. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt and work may be paused on overdue accounts. Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable.

On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks and know-how, and of anything we build for general use, and we grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. The site’s content, branding and code remain ours.

Our work commonly integrates third-party platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, they may change or discontinue their services, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or conduct.

Any figures, examples or calculator outputs on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of results. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity and how you respond to the leads the system produces.

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for fees covering work already performed. We may suspend or end access to the site or services if these terms are breached.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
